to make room for our new lines. The FEATURED JEWELRY SECTION showcases
our natural colored stone jewelry. It contains jewelry with exquisite
design and quality workmanship set in sterling silver with solid
18kt overlays (in a small selection some are plated and not overlayed).
There will be various artist/ designers in this section, which will

A: A 30-day return policy. Our objective is to maintain a 100%

Q: WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE ON THE MERCHAIDSE
DO I HAVE?
A: We give a six month diamond replacement guarantee that covers
loss of diamonds within the first six months of purchase. Basically,
if a diamond falls out of its setting within six months from the
purchase date we will replace the diamond at no charge to you. We
ask that you call or email us (replacement@gemsybygigi.com)
for a replacement authorization number. The whole process takes
a total of ten to twelve days (depending on method of shipment).Our
featured jewelry section has colored stones that are specially cut.
If one of the colored stones was to fall out within six months from
the purchase date, there will be a charge for the new stone. We
will not charge labor to set the colored stone.
Q: WHAT ABOUT REPAIRS AND SIZING?
A: Sizing is easy! Most of our sizes are stocked in size 6. If
it is a new purchase, let us know the desired size before shipping
for the quickest service. We will pay for the first sizing of either
two sizes up or down. It take approximately 5 days from the time
of purchase to reach your door. If you received this ring as a gift,
send us the ring in its original gift box and a note as to what
size you would like. Once we have the ring the process will take
about five to seven business days. If there is some other repair

of the specific needs you have. We have an experienced expert goldsmith
capable of meeting all of your wants or special requests.
Q: HOW DOES THE SPECIAL ORDER POLICY WORK?
A: If you order a piece that is temporarily sold out at the time
or want to have the same ring but in white gold instead of yellow,
you will be requesting a special order. If you want us to rework
the ring or find that it is defective in anyway, we can exchange
the merchandise for equal or higher value. Although we cannot offer
refunds on special order merchandise, your satisfaction is of the

Q: HOW LONG DO SPECIAL ORDERS TAKE?
A: We order our merchandise from Italy unless you want something
custom made locally. All special orders depend on what exactly is
being made, however you can expect that it will take at minimum
of 2 weeks to a maximum of 8 weeks. This can seem like a long time
but remember it is coming from Italy, and what time of year it is.
As the holiday season draws near, please make time to allow extra
time for shipping and not wait until the last two weeks. We regularly
sell out of our merchandise and change merchandise periodically.
Try to write down the style number for future reference, if you
